5 Absent: Reverend Walter Johnson Jr., Sarah McIver, Evelise Ribeiro, Shirley Wayne Washington and Juanita Wright.

B. Agenda Review
Motion to accept agenda made by Bob Spirito, seconded by Kathleen Smith- Bogan; unanimous approval.

C. Review of Minutes
Motion to accept minutes with one exception to correct (F.) Doug Hausladen as Downtown Management Team, made by Mary Blair, seconded by Frank Cochran; unanimous approval.

D. Election for Vice-Chair
Mary Blair and Maureen O’Sullivan were nominated. Mary Blair was elected Vice-Chair by a vote of six (6) to three (3).

E. Internal Affairs Statistical Report
Captain Peterson reported that eight cases (8) were opened in August.

F. Internal Affairs (IA) Remarks
Captain Peterson stated that Detective Max Joyner was promoted to Sergeant and Internal Affairs will be interviewing for investigators.

G. Subcommittee Reports – NACOLE/BOPC/Policy & Procedures - No Reports
ByLaws Committee -- Tabled until next meeting.
Panel A- Read half of the closed cases assign.
Panel B- completed all of the closed cases assigned.

H. Unfinished Business – Discussed case review forms used.

I. New Business - Request from Kathleen Smith-Bogan to be removed from By Laws Committee at this time.
